Cancellation & refund policy.

Cancellations 24+ hours before the session
Full refund. Use the cancel link in your confirmation email, or email [email protected].
Cancellations within 24 hours
No refund, but we'll reschedule once at no extra charge if you let us know before the session start time.
No-shows
No refund and no reschedule.
Rescheduled by Roj IT
If we have to move the session, you get a full refund or we find a new time that works.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds are issued through Stripe within 5 business days of the request. The amount appears on your card within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Service start
For paid bookings, the service is performed at the booked time. By completing payment you agree that the service starts at that time.
